BUMP -- UPDATED MILEAGE AND PRICE

1983 Mercedes 300GD – 109091 km (approximately 67,786 miles). This vehicle is ready to go camping and explore.
Engine: OM617 diesel (non-turbo) with power steering
Clear Colorado title in hand.

The good:
Over the past year, I have done a fair amount of maintenance to include:
- New radiator
- New fuel injectors
- New master brake cylinder
- New turn signals on front wings
- Value adjustment
- New rubber brake lines on the front (4x total)
- New OEM steering damper
- Starts right away, hot or cold and runs very smoothly
- Includes like new Odin Designs Type E 4-person tent (used one week)
- Includes like new tent annex (used one week)
- Includes like new Odin Designs fox wing awning (used one week)
- Like new Rhino Rack
- New shifting bushing kit
- New differential covers and gaskets
- New Differential drain plugs
- New V-belt
- New grill emblem

The bad:
The vehicle is clean and solid but has a fair amount of cosmetic rust around the body (see photos). Paint is all original and in very good original condition, some patina on the roof, and some paint chipping off due to body rust. Doors are solid with all functioning locks, windows, and latches with minor rust along the bottoms. Rear bumper could use a replacement. Fuel tank leaks when full which I believe is due to an old gasket on the top of the tank but haven’t been able to diagnose that further yet.

Asking $19K obo for the vehicle including tent, rack, awning, and annex or $16K for just the vehicle. I’m happy to take photos of any other aspect of the vehicle if requested.

It may not be appropriate to discuss pricing on here but I'd like to ask how you arrived at that price? I'm wondering if I'm missing something or didn't read something correctly. Thanks.

If this was a modern vehicle, I would use KBB or another resource to get a value and then adjust it up or down based upon work, accessories, and market demand. For this vehicle, comps like that are very hard to find. I know what the vehicle cost when I bought it, what it cost to import it, what all of the work cost, and the cost of the accessories. I've tried to find as many similar vintage G-Wagens and their sale prices as I can, but there aren't many. I am certainly open to offers as the price for a vehicle like this is often quite subjective. If you have an offer or recommendation, please feel free to let me know! :)
