I think you'd spend about $5k getting in tip top shape so not a bad deal assuming there's no water damage, etc.

Yes, I was thinking if no water damage, and at $700 OBO...might be a good chance to strip down a FWC, and rebuild it to your liking. Even if there is water damage, I would guess it still has a bomb proof FWC all aluminum frame, so the structure should be solid. At that price, almost guilt free!
