Out building Power

I need some advice - I have an outbuilding located far away from a power source. So I want to install solar power to charge a couple of golf car batteries that can be used to power lights. This is straight forward - and I can handle it.

So in the building I park a number of pieces of equipment that I want to connect to a maintainer to keep the batteries charged up.

What is the simple way to make this happen:
1) Just put the equipment batteries in parallel with the house batteries and let the charge controller take care of business.
2) Install a inverter and use it to power battery maintainers.
3) Find some 12v to 12v charge controller.

Let me know if you have any good ideas?

Echo charger is great, but should all be same charge voltage specs. Also Starters will get higher than float when already full, so keep well watered or premature death.

A DC-DC charger will be more intelligent, OptiMATE TM-500 for example, low power but inexpensive.

And there are also solar controllers designed to charge multiple banks separately.
