I've had this Softopper on my 2009 F150 for about a year. It should fit any 2004+ F150 with a 5.5ft bed. I actually bet it would fit just about any full-size pickup with a 5.5ft bed.
It's about a year old, but looks practically new. Installation is super easy, and it folds up or down in about two minutes. Check out the link below if you're not familiar with them - though I know most people on ExPo know them.
Also includes the brake light and bracket I made for it.
