I bought an Antigravity micro-start battery about a year ago for a trip to South America (EP-1). I had used a friend's and actually started a V-8 diesel with one of these bad boys. First time I needed it on the trip I noticed that the case had split open from internal expansion. It still worked---started my bike with a dead battery every day for a week---but obviously something was wrong.
Fast forward a couple of months....Just went to the Overland Expo in Flagstaff and told representatives in the Antigravity booth of my issue. They said send photos with a warranty form. I couldn't find a receipt but sent it anyway. In 5 minutes was told a new battery was on the way. This is what I like to see from manufacturers.
