uuni 3 pizza oven

about to order ours as I'm sure it can be fitted into an IGT frame :) was thinking about waiting for the UuniPro but that's bigger than what I would want in our backyard and if we were to take it camping.

I love mine. It takes a lttle getting used to and by far not super easy to use, but it makes amazing pizza

Been watching the development and distribution (USA) of a similar oven ... Roccbox. https://www.roccbox.com

Not an apples-to-apples comparison and not quite as portable as the uuni but most of what I'd be doing all things Neapolitan pizza would be on the patio. And save time heat soaking my KK.

The Roccbox has a similar look and feel to the Biolite stoves. I wonder if they used them for some of the R&D development. I like both of these ovens, it is cool for outdoor cookery.
