This tent is in excellent condition. No stains or fading whatsoever. No tears in the fabric or any of the screens. The annex has never been used. The cover is clean and not damaged at all. All straps are in "like brand new" condition. All spring rods and stakes included. Always stored inside. The tent is about four years old. Probably used about 6 times. It is awesome and I love it. Only selling because I bought a camper. If you have a full size truck and are interested in a rack to mount it to we can talk. For whatever reason I am not able to upload those images. The tent can be delivered within a reasonable distance.
