Greetings!

Seeking recommendations for BASIC and COST EFFECTIVE wheel/tire/suspension modifications for a 2wd Transit campervan. Anticipating much use on gravel/forest service-type roads for camping and access to climbing areas. Interested in making basic improvements to this vehicle to make it more rough road-worthy.

Increased tire/wheel size?
Lift kit?
Springs/shocks?

New to forum and vehicle modification, in general. Got A LOT to learn, so any recommendations on where to expend limited financial resources would be appreciated.

Thanks!

There is a blog - a couple did /are doing a lot with a transit. Don't remember name but I'm guessing google "spilt board transit van" or something like that you could find it

We just did the Van Compass 2wd lift on a Trasnit, super nice kit. 2.5" lift, 265/70/17 tires.
