ARB 3 wall and room questions

We are looking at walls for our ARB awning to block wind, rain and gain some privacy. I'm leaning towards the walls as they are modular unlike the room. The room fabric also looks like traditional tent fabric so not very rugged.

Secondly space is paramount. It cannot take up a ton of interior space. Which setup takes less space in storage?

The awning room takes up a significant amount of room its duffle. I will send a pic when I get home.
