Hey all, was just wondering.. Purchased a 2783 smittybilt RTT a few weeks ago. Just got around to opening it up do to work and whatnot and realized that there was no cover included with my tent. Contacted the company after 4 wheel parts, who in turn I believe contacted Smittybilt with me on the 4Parts representative Morgan was awesome but it seem like the guy at Smittybilt did not believe that I had not received the tent cover. Lots of questions and accusational tones.. after a few minutes of haggling the representative convince the Smittybilt person to ship me out a new cover.. Has anyone had any problems with smittybilt shipping with missing items ? I've seen a few videos stating that nuts and bolts were missing but nothing big?
