Let me know if you make it back to Texas, head south and hit PINS/Malaquite with us, very few places where you can travel the beach on a remote barrier island via 4x4 in the states. Love the IG page, great stuff!

Hey Tex! We will be making it back to Texas in the spring, we feel we only scratched the surface by spending a couple weeks there so far. Your state has some amazing areas and the TX Overlanders facebook page has been a great resource!

Indeed! It's a big state with a very diverse topography and varying regional cultures, I just wish there were more public lands available to explore. The Texas Overlanders are a good group and certainly a helpful resource. Keep us in mind when you make it back this direction, I know PINS quite well having traveled it a lot over the past 15 or more years and it is ever changing with the weather. We can grab some surf rods and catch our dinner for the evening and even try your hand at shark fishing at night in the Port Mansfield cut, good stuff for sure.

Here's to safe travels and hopefully connecting in the spring!!!
