2003 Fuso 639 Dash removal

Hi
Does anyone know how to remove the trim on the dashboard to get to the climate control panel?
I need to replace my AC switch, and can't tell how the dash comes apart.

Which switch? My AC dash control switch just pulls out of the dash from the outside. No dash removal necessary.

I have an older FG. Every time I had to dig into the dash. You start from the right side and just keep removing screws until you get to where you need to be. If your AC switch just pulls out, so much the better for you.
