replacing existing exhaust system on LR3

I am researching exhaust systems to replace the stock LR3 system. Apparently the one that may work for me is from Magnaflo. It has (per the tech there) the turn down tips as the stock system incorporates. It is shown as a cat-back system so the emissions folks will be happy (I hope).

Anyone have this or is thinking about it let me know your thoughts.

Existing one has been cobbled together by last owner and is not in good shape, also quite rusted. I have a periodic backfire that cannot be explained.

I had the full system installed. Magnaflow was idiotic in the rear section design because hangs too low - for looks, which is idiotic IMO on an lr3. This required an fair amount of custom cut-n-weld to make it route identically to stock which incidentally fits with the Kaymar bumper perfectly. Why couldn't Magnaflow just copy exactly the factory route is misleading at the very least. Nobody knew until the end parts were put up in place.

I can send you photos if you need to go this route.
