Sorry for the late reply, was on vacation
The AC unit is a portable unit made by Keystone. It is vented through the floor and the hole is closed off by a marine deck plate when traveling. It is 8,000 btu and works great in the camper because it is quiet.
If you order the camper with AC from Taxa they install a window unit. This is a poorly thought out and executed solution because you lose a window and have a stupid looking AC box sticking out of the side of the camper. The portable unit can be removed when camping in cooler weather and you get to keep that window.
This is the cricket camp, it does have the water heater, and fresh and gray water tanks. It does not have the heater.
