Who got to see the Eclipse? We were camped out in the National Forest outside of Sun Valley Idaho. It was a pretty cool experience for sure. Anyone else get photo's?

I have hundreds of pics & clips to process. Here's a preview:

Shot from a high perch on the west side of Hell's Half Acre Canyon in Wyoming. Just about right on the centerline.

Here are some of mine - still lots of post processing to be done, but this is a quick and dirty version! Also a shot of the Milky Way with a meteor that I got on Friday night. Shot on a Nikon D5300. Eclipse photos on a 200mm lense, Milky Way photo on an 18mm lense (25s exposure). Shot at Glendo State Park (Broken Arrow campground) in Glendo, WY.

I was pretty impressed with this shot considering my camera. No skill of my own as it was in full auto, I have a Cannon SX60 "bridge" so definitely not high end equipment.

I just want to say really quick- that I hate you people, I didn't get any cool views at all. In Michigan the light got a greenish tint to it for 10 minutes and a little bit dimmer and that lasted all of 15 to 25 minutes, it was overcast so NOTHING was visible and I was stuck at work

In Calgary, had you not known that there was a solar eclipse going on you wouldn't have even noticed. I heard that Calgary only got 70-80% coverage. I had a welding mask in my truck that I used to look through. Was kinda neat but if we were one of the spots where it went dark that would have definitely been something to remember.

I was able to get a number of cool pictures on my cell phone. Not the best, but I'm proud of em!

Great photos and videos here. Thank you for sharing, I really enjoyed them. Fred and Dana Ramsey, very nicely done. We (team E7T, my wife and I) were in western Idaho with friends for it, in tiny Midvale ID, population 200 (here's a map). What a fantastic experience it was! I got a few pictures with my 15-year old Canon Digital Rebel and 28-200 lens. I posted seven pictures in another Expo eclipse thread. Here are two of the ones I liked best.
