FYI this is located in Mexico, has a salvage title, needs new tires, has a broken(?) air suspension, non-factory electrical system, "repaired" solar system and inverter (whatever that means?).

Yaga! I just read that many insurance companies won't even insure a vehicle with a salvage title. That's a lot of dough to spend to have no insurance.

Someone run a carfax and let's see what happens! No matter what this would need serious reconditioning on the mechanical side. Interior as shown looks surprisingly good. Probably drug cartel confiscation.

Carfax is clean, it looks normal with nothing unusual.

I'd bet money it could be brought back to US without a salvage title. Very curious about the title as Mexico is SUPER lax about salvaging vehicles.

#009 was for sale here a year or two ago... with US title issues. If anyone gets the backstory, please post. Just curious...

I am curious if this would be considered a proper price for a vehicle that needs work?
I am planning to buy in the future so I am watching the market to figure out what I can get.
Thanks.

I don't think this vehicle should be considered any sort of benchmark for any sort of comparative analysis. My 2 pennies.

I agree. So many issues here, but also don't forget this is the very old F450 version on a supercab with a 6.0L diesel which is going to be highly undesirable for most people / resale.

"The vehicle mechanically is very well" Except for the suspension, questionable vehicle history and I am guessing complete lack of maintenance records, unreliable power plant and a pretty solid assumption the entire vehicle, every nut and bolt from top to bottom needs to be gone through.

As far as a value, for this vehicle in it's current condition? Personally 50 maybe 55k and not a penny more. 80k+ is the smoking crack price.
