Roost RTT For Sale - $1850

I have a extremely gently used (never slept in) Roost Tent that I need to sell. The tent was used primarily for a promotion and as noted, has never been slept in (a somewhat long story). It's been in dry, climate controlled storage off vehicle and I need to make room and I need something bigger for me and my two kids. The tent is in DC and will post photos separately.

Please post pics. What color is it? Been looking and this looks intriguing.

Anyone have any experience, thoughts, reviews? I'm familiar with the Sylvan Sport Trailer and it was a nice set up. Just haven't heard much about these.

How do I get in touch with you? I'm in DC and have been looking for a local Roost for sale. Everything for sale on eBay is 'local pickup only', with no one in our area.
