1997 Ford Econoline E350 Van (Starcraft Conversion)
The time has come to sell our trusty road warrior. We've been all over the Western US in this van and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere tomorrow. As an E-350, it's a rare conversion van that was factory built for towing and it pulls a trailer effortlessly. It is comfortable and spacious and if you're headed up to the snow, mud, or sand this would be an exceptional candidate for a 4 wheel drive conversion. I'm located in Portland, Oregon and I can drop it off at Quad Vans (http://quadvan.com) for you after you buy it. They can hook you up with their famous 4wd conversion and you can drive it away at a fraction of the overall cost of a similarly equipped Sportsmobile or Sprinter. 4wd conversion or not, I like driving it so much we might even be able to negotiate delivery in the lower US.

It's perfectly set up for camping, surfing, kayaking, exploring, extended expeditions or the occasional weekend adventure. This is van is a great platform to hit the road as-is or modify as you wish to suit your specific needs.

The exterior is exceptionally straight and the paint looks almost like new. There is one small dent under the passenger side turn signal (see photo). The leather and carpeted interior is clean and has always been smoke free. The driver's seat is starting to look a bit worn from our many happy hours behind the wheel (see photo). Because we carried kayaks, the fiberglass high top has been coated with tinted truck bed liner for extra durability. Having the high top also means extra head room inside (max 63"). I will include a PDF of the Starcraft owners manual which details all of its features.
The van was well maintained when we bought it but we had all the scheduled maintenance brought up to date prior to our inaugural 3500 mile road trip. 12k miles ago we replaced front brakes, upper and lower ball joints, and outer tie rod ends. Alternator was replaced 4k miles ago. I just had the emissions checked and it passed without problems (always has). Tags good through 2019.

It's perfectly set up for camping/ surf/ road trip van or the weekend adventurer.

I just realized that I had some confusing info on the ad regarding gear ratio (cut and paste haste).
Based on the door tag, the van has 4.10 non-limited slip Dana, 9500 Lb GVWR

Love the V10 and 4.10 gearing combo. Great for towing. Had it on my families excursion.

Good luck with the sale
