SOLD!!! is a 2002 custom 4x6 enclosed trailer. I started with a basic manufactured trailer and then completely changed things around. My intention for this trailer was to build something I could take camping and go offroad with that had plenty of clearance.
I had plans to weld a metal frame around it for a roof top tent as well as a slide out kitchen system. But wife just popped out our second daughter and just have no extra time and have way to many other projects going on. So I figured let someone else finish up this beauty because she doesn't deserve to just sit and collect dust.
I have alot of time and money into this trailer, so please no low ball offers. I will try to list out everything I have done to it, but
may miss a few things. First thing I did was pull the axle out and replace it with a brand new 2x2 2500# axle and mount to the under side of the springs to make it sit higher. Next I put on full size 16" Jeep wheels with Goodyear Wranglers. Tires measure about 31". With these two things done the trailer now has 14" of clearance under the axle. Next I had new fenders fabricated out of galvanized steel and bolted on with all marine grade stainless bolts. The fenders are extremely solid and ready for you to mount whatever you want on them. I wraped the trailer with a carbon fiber wrap. A 2" hitch receiver has been welded on the back of the trailer so you can carry another rack or a bike carrier. I put on a new 2" coupler on the front as well with a new jack. Next is all the electronics. I started with rewireing the trailer with a 7 way plug and a junction box inside the box on the front so I could charge the on-board battery while driving. The box on the front holds all the electronics. All the wiring and switches on this trailer are marine grade so I would never have to replace anything. In the box is a Nocco Genius 10amp on-board charger, a Everstart 27dc deep cycle battery, junction box, marine 6 post fuse panel, marine battery switch, volt meter, 2 marine rocker switches, control modual for the rgb kit underneath the trailer, and a usb/12volt plug. From the box I ran all marine duplex wire for the inside lights and the flood lights on the back. Inside is led strip lighting and the flood lights are waterproof led's as well. Last but not least I figured it wasn't complete without a Yeti bottle opener mounted on the back. The way the trailer sits, I am asking $2500. However, if you're not interested in all the electronics, I might be able to pull some of it off to sell it a little cheaper. Forgot to add I'm in Tampa, Florida
