Ambulance Conversion - Hitch

Hi All,

Picked up an excellent condition 1988 Med Tec Ambulance - type 3 - from the local volunteer FD. They swear it has 17K original miles and I think I believe them. It's a Ford E350 XL Diesel. Currently needs belts and batts, so those are items one and two which are in progress. Thing three is I need a hitch for it pronto and no clue where to start since the service body is in the way. What's the standard procedure for adding?

I put a hitch on my ambulance.
