ARB 37QT on JK Behind Driver Side Rear Seat

First time post... long time admirer of the forums. I'm thinking about dropping some serious money on an ARB 37QT refrigerator/freezer and ARB slide. I need to make sure the unit and slide can fit behind the driver side rear seat (with the back seats up). It would be mounted on a three-quarter inch plywood base with the ARB slide. I specifically want the 37 not the 50 for my configuration. If it doesn't fit... I'm going to consider an Engel MT 35 QT (smaller dimensions). I prefer the ARB but it will go with my second choice if this configuration doesn't work with the JK.

If you're talking about a four door, my 37 or my 50 fit in the JKU on top of the Goose-Gear plate and an Alu-Cab fridge slide.
