Yes and no. Its not serviceable, but it's easy to replace the stalk. It's a regularly stocked part at most auto parts stores. I've had to replace mine in both my Monty's.
I had to replace the same stalk but because the turn signal was stuck signaling left. Probably took half an hour. Just note where the harness sits so it doesn’t get in the way when you’re putting it back together. I think the part was $80.
So I took the column covers off & removed the stalk to replace with a salvage unit. I set them down together on my bench to compare differences. I accidentally reinstalled the one I took off, only now it is working. True story.
