I'm looking at $760 for the Leather in the front seats from Land Cruiser Heaven. LSEAT is cheaper. I don't know if there is any quality or fitting difference with Land Cruiser Heaven.

A new lower cushion is $220 each.

A new seat back cushion is $135 each.

Total is about $1500, not including install by an automotive upholstery expert. So, it is getting up there in price if I use new materials and pay someone to install it.

This is the exact way i am going. I dont want to cheap out on this but i am thinking i might be able to reuse some of the passenger side foam. I dont know if that is cheaping out too bad. Any way to inspect and really determine if the foam is at the end of its life?
