No seriously. I've got a friend who has a Range Rover HSE, 2011 with 130K with a blown engine. She wants/needs to sell it. Where is the best place to list it to assist her and her husband selling this thing? Can we list them on here?

This may sound like effort but why don't you part it out? List it for sale, and people can make offers on parts they require and then you can use the bay as a reference for what that part is worth and negotiate price.

Rather than losing money, this way you can get roughly what you would have sold the car for in running condition (If not more)

Like others have said if your friend has time he should part it out.. Parts are in demand.

In addition to registering on all the Land rover specific forums(and here) to post to classifieds he should also contact a good recycle yard(local ones probably wont pay much for it).

Craigslist works too.
