    Default North Cascades day trip?

Does anyone have any interest in getting together for a day trip into the North Cascades?

I'm new to overlanding in the Northwest and am hoping to meet some folks up here and would love to learn the lay of the land.

Let me know if you're interested in meeting up. Maybe Sunday the 17th?

Hwy 20 is closed for the season so you can't get too far up in there right now

Yeah, I read that it's closed east of Diablo. Do you know if there are any interesting snowy forest roads that are accessible this time of year?

Light snow so far here in Chelan, Wa. Lots of places to drive and explore. Even free camping by a lake if you know where to go? Benz.
