ON the fly adjustable shocks

FWIW Bilstiens are “self adjusting “, the valving adjusts based on the speed of the shaft movement. Smooth road, soft valving, rough road... firm valving.

I have the monomax, 33" KO2's and I've had back surgery and still don't think they are harsh. To each their own, check the online price at AutoZone, limited lifetime warranty, plus side is the 20% off plus gift card they offer most of the times.

check 4wheelparts. they have a deal where if you order 4 there is a big discount.... I bought 4 bilsteins for just over $300 with shipping and tax. Seems like the best deal around.

have been on a couple of trips with the shocks... they are awesome!

this link might take you straight there: https://www.4wheelparts.com/Suspens..._c=1&t_s=90&t_pt=3306&t_pn=S/DSHOCKINGBIL4600

the picture they use for the pack of 4 is wrong, but they have the correct shock.

4 Wheel parts were the people who told me they couldn't get them until March. I ordered the KYB's from Shock Warehouse and got 4 of them for $110. The guy there said that's the shock they sell the most of for the Monteros. For $110, it's worth a try.

I have them (KYB G-a-J) on '88 and '93 - perfectly fine. Never put them in a Gen 3 thou, harsh as heck in these.

the $300+ each price does not sound right to me. Maybe from a stealer-ship but that would even be bold for them! They must be coming with the actuators.

Super true but I know my local dealership in Reno charges absolute max retail. For my 99 the shocks are under 80 each online. Not all dealers are stealers:) cheers

them 5100's that ADD proposes are the of stock shock?
or the 4600?

If ADD cant help, check shock warehouse for the KONI !!
which i am going to try if i dont succeed in my coil over conversion.
