Smittybilt fridge/freezer

4wd.com has the smittybilt fridge/freezer on sale for 499. Not sure who makes their fridge.

I like some of Smittybilts products, but when it came for a 12v fridg freez, I went with Engel. I have their 22qt. 12v fridg freez & the draw is only .7 to 2 amps. My solar system on my trailer will supply more than enough power & then some for all my 12v accessories for short or long stay camping trips. As the saying goes "you pay peanuts you get monkeys" or aka "buy once cry once."

By no means is this a torture test but I think all those China freezers are the same. My Della has been plugged in and running since June. No issues thus far. Now bouncing around in a dusty hot environment may change those results
