    Default Steering pump leak

    This washer apposed to have a crack in it? Thnx. Sorry for the stupidity in advance.

    I'll let you know if I figure out anything. Maybe it's just a matter of keeping it's fluid topped off

    confused.

    there is no leak in the pic.
    rebuild kits for 6 dollars ,if thats any help

    Top of stud is wet. Mine pools there and drips down.

    is it time to pull that and rebuild?

    every pump ive worked with has been internally relieved. at very least u need new o rings. the fluid is escaping and o rings prevent that

    kits on ebay
    maybe that outfit ive heard of ADD, will start to carry the kits.
    also should be available through napa if your parts man knows his business and knows where to look.

    today i went and checked a pump , it is likely your top o ring inside the banjo fitting.

    .60 cents and u should be there
