Project #3 - Custom outfitted Overland Trailer

Howdy folks...

Been quite a while since I last posted a trailer project. The first being a small M416 style cargo trailer with a RTT on it. The next - The Terrapod ONE prototype. The latest from my shop - A fully custom outfitted CVT off road trailer.

Custom designed aluminum fridge / electrical enclosure
Upgrade LED lighting (bin and exterior floods)

Custom dual charge electrical system with LiFePo4 battery

Been a fun project. Particularly the challenge of developing the electrical system to handle charging the LiFePo4 battery. Looking forward to getting it out there and testing. If anyone is interested in a custom executed off road trailer, contact me. I'd love to build one for you.

For the most part, yes. A couple items I had to get cut on a waterjet system. All design and assembly work - me.

That is correct. Specifically made to house a 40-41qt fridge and electrical.

Of course! Best price and easily repairable if damaged. I call it the sacrificial box. Why put something expensive right on the front.

There are two 4x10" vents located in between each side. They are marine style vents that will allow for air flow but keep water out. I am about to add some light foam filters to them to help keep the dust out as well.

Beautiful! Love the fit and finish....and the harbor freight box....lol. Seems to be universal.
