ODB2 pin-out diagram

Anyone have a pin out diagram/schematic of the OBD2 port on a 98 Montero? I know pins 4,5 are grounds, pin 16 is power but none of the other pins. Trying to diagnose a link failure error also no CEL in "on" position and no start on the motor.

replied to your FB post... but will repost here

Check the FSM electrical section on page 43 (or 53, one is for CA vehicle). I think connector C-99 is the one you want for the OBD2. I would look through all of the pages at the bottom for C-99, and then make notes about what each pin does.....

From that one page, I can see that 1 and 7 go to the ECM and 14 goes to the ECM as well, but not without first going through a couple of things
