We hope to have this galley installed in the next few weeks.

1/8" laser cut and cnc formed 5052 aluminum. Bolt together design that uses a Truckfridge.com TF130 fridge, suburban 2 burner cook top and a deep stainless sink found on amazon. We plan to add a butcher block top to finish it off. Still a few tweaks to make everything fit perfect, but this is a prototype that will work great in our Transit.

The cabinet weighed in a 100lbs. Another 60lbs with fridge.

The wheel arches on the the Transit don't give us much room for larger tires. We have to do some trimming to clear the 235s or any larger tire after a VC 2.5" lift kit is installed.

The rear wheel arch will need a small section of front pinch seam cut off.

The front bumper cover and rear portion of the pinch seam and plastic rocker cover will need to be trimmed back.

A very helpful pictoriel for us, thanx!

What is the price point on the cabinet loaded with fridge, sink, top?

The cabinet should be about $1500. We don't expect to be making 100s of these at a time, so the price stays pretty high at our laser cutting shop.

It is designed around items that the customer can source on amazon. You can add a wood top the the galley to change or delete the sink or cooktop.

Fridge $699

Sink $85
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0011YHVOM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Cooktop $116

It does get pricey, but all this stuff can be assembled in an afternoon. Making something this stout out of wood would take many hours to produce and it would still not lost as long.

Aluminum, nice! This looks along the lines to the interior that expovans company has been building, black fridge too

You guys workin together on interiors?

Dam why are they so expensive? Most all of the truck sliders Ive seen are about $1000 a set and even those fancy amp flipout steps are only like $1300 a set.

We are not working with Expovans, but we both like to design our stuff in CAD and use materials that will stand the test of time.

The rock sliders are some really long parts (112") that require a lot of material and skill to form on a press brake. Lots of welding labor to manufacture. Powder coating and the entire packaging process for shipment is not easy. We spend a lot of time packaging these into custom made crates so they will show up at your doorstep in good condition. If you look over the installation instructions you will see all the bits required for these to become reality. Most truck steps and Amp steps do not protect your van body or provide the strength to lift the vehicle from in a recovery situation. All of our products are manufactured in CA, WA, and ID.
