Chasing a Mitsubishi FUSO/cantor VIN to order parts fror a US FUSO dealer or Regional or US Corp parts Mitsubishi office ...

The local Fuso dealer says that cannot work from a VIN off an imported from japan fuso/cantor to order parts. Is anyone
aware of an English website that can accept/decode a Japanese sourced VIN from a fuso/cantor and return the build
configuration of the vehicle? The dealer told me they could accept VINs outside the US from the Philippines, Puerto Rico
and Guam, but not Japan.

How do you owners of Japan sourced fuso/cantors get parts for you vehicles?

What's the VIN, and we can try looking it up on whatever resources we have?

Ideally if someone/somebody could share a website, or set of steps (phone #/escalation policy) in which to contact Mitsubishi US, Mitsubishi CA or other. That way ALL the owners of US/CA transplanted RHD Japanese cantors/fusos could benefit from the distribution of this parts chasing knowledge. I guess that's why so many dealerships don't like to work on gray market vehicles. I believe it to be a cantor T20 FE437E.
