What does your ambulance shore power connection power or charge

I finally got a cable for my shore power connection.
It doesn't seem to power anything but the electrical sockets in the module/box.
They are all back-light in orange light.
I expected the whole module to run off of it.
I guess I need to add an inverter and charger for that to happen.

Thanks,

Shore power, 3 plugs, battery charger / power converter. The module isn't powered off shore power... but instead off running rig. In the original configuration, the house power shut down when there's not oil pressure (related to why it had 13k + hours when it was retired).

I've got a 110 v heater built in that preheats the rear when on shore power.

FYI, most modern battery chargers are not designed to power 12v accessories.

Are you saying that your ambulance had 13,000+ hours when you got it?
On both of mine, the module is on when the kill switch is on.
If the kill switch is left on, it will kill the batteries overnight.
Without the engine running the only thing that I know that I lose is heating and Air...the fan blowers do work.
I don't think I have a 110v heater built in.

I have a heavy duty tripp-lite inverter that will be installed but I will likely rely on the engine to charge the battery bank for know.

Thanks

Mine has two plugs on the outside running to two GFI breaker boxes.

One plug powers the block heater, and battery charger. I think there's another breaker box before the block heater.

The other plug powers the 110v outlets and 110v interior heater.

There is a 1000watt inverter that outputs through the other 110v outlets. It has an automatic shoreline/inverter transfer switch.

I forget the exact order on everything, I definitely took some fiddling to figure out which breakers needed to be on, with the inverter and charger on, to get stuff to work inside, and the batteries to charge.

I've got a module disconnect switch, but I think that doesn't affect much when plugged into shoreline.

They also built my electrical compartment smaller than normal, so everything's crammed in there...

From the auto-eject plug on the side it runs to a splitting junction box by the inverter. There it goes to the inverter, block heater, wall outlets in the box, and a battery maintainer.

I am still trying to figure all of this out.
My C4500 has an a factory inverter.
Should all of the outlets in the module work when the engine is running?
I believe that the inverter is run directly to the truck batteries.
Should the inverter automatically turnoff when the batteries get low?
Thanks

I will likely be selling my 1997 F350 4x4 7.3 Ambulance. The C4500 will be my tow vehicle slash/work truck.

My inverter only powers one plug (pair) of the 5 on the rig.

The Inverter shuts off when the battery hits 10.5v
