2015 GM 2500HD Swing Arm Tire Carrier Options?

Anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a swing arm tire carrier for a 2015 GM 2500HD? As I understand it, Aluminess doesn't have anything on the horizon. I have, and am considering, a Wilco option, such as: https://www.wilcooffroad.com/wp-content/uploads/Hitchgate-Solo-Guide.pdf

The issue is, my 2500HD w/ my FWC fully loaded is close to 10,000 lb. With the Wilco installed, the hitch receiver is only rated to 7,500 lb, which is not good enough if I needed someone to help pull me from behind...

You could try Buckstop,their website doesn't work on my browser for some reason so I can't check.

Get one made locally by a welder, much cheaper. That's the route I took .
