Clam shell tent question

does anybody have any pictures or can describe really really clearly how the fabric connects to the hard shell of this style of tent:



More specifically how does the fabric portion shown bellow, terminate in a manner that is leak free:

Different manufacturers use different methods... some use a sandwich system, others use clip-ons... others use variety of stiching, glue, not on that order...

Best would be to contact the particular brand you are interested in....

Thanks. Not looking to buy one, possibly trying to build one. Looking really to see if anybody has pictures, it's not like I can walk into a showroom and take a look for myself

The fabric comes down and wraps from the bottom to the inside and up and it is held up by clips......
