Looking for a Single rear wheel setup for Ford F550, I see there is tons of kits for the MPT tires and not looking to lift the truck to the moon yet.

Looking for a wheel that can support a 285 19.5 but having no luck, Just looking for a wheel I can take on Forest Service roads air down and not having to kick out rocks from the Duals.

One note rear axle does get over 8k in weight so not looking for a LT tire. Attached a photo of my new build in progress

Try Founders tires. They make a wheel that will fit that tire. They have both steel and aluminum. We're getting a F450 and plan to do the same thing.

Several outfits offer 20" "super single" wheels. They are all pretty expensive, but some do a good job of evening out the track width front/rear, while others work with a rear spacer or new rear hubs so they tuck in a little better IIRC. Either way, you're then looking for a tire that fits a 20" wheel, which gets you over 4000lbs for most. I wish there was an 18" wheel but I suspect it wouldn't fit over the brakes. Even a 33" tire on a 20" wheel would still be WAY better than the 245/70R19.5's though... Good luck!!

Founders Tire has impressive offerings. A mud terrain 305/70R19.5, and the aluminum wheels aren’t just any alloy wheels but Hutchinson 2 piece bolt-togethers! Which means you can have an internal beadlock which greatly increases ability to operate (slowly) offroad at decreased pressure without fear (it’s awful when it happens) of debeading. Which is much more likely with 19.5s than 20s.
As far as the 2nd post (after OP), the OP made it clear he wasn’t interested in LT tires. Big difference between “>4000 lbs” and 6610 lbs (see Founders site). And steel vs polyester sidewalls

There’s a Michelin 275/80R20 MPT that’s only 37” tall (305/70R19.5 is ~36.3”) and the new X Force ZL version has load index 137 = 4660kg/axle, 10141 lb/axle.

I contacted Founders. The steel wheels are $858. The Hutchinson aluminum wheels are around $1623. Plus shipping. The gentleman I email with says they've mounted 285s on their wheels.

If you go with their MT or AT tire they say you have to lift the truck 2.5" and cut away a little of the fender. I haven't found out if a lift or fender cutting is required for a 285/70-19.5", but it's on my list.
