Outside temperature sensor

It seems to be reasonable w/o wind chill as it is behind a shield. A degree or two is no big deal but when it is reading 98 or 102 in the summer I wonder. Sure feels like it though. Perhaps it takes into account the temp of the asphalt I am going over.

I have seen some disparity between the odometer and the 'i' button for the same distance traveled. I do not rely on the MPG reading. Try to fill up when t gets to 1/2 on the gas tank meter. I always carry 10 gallons in reserve, ya never know.

So I am going to rely on the temp gage to be reasonably close. Thanks
