Hi All,
I am selling my second owner used 10 x 10 kodiak tent. I have had it for about 3 years now and has served me very well with no complaints.
There are no rips, tears or holes. I have always used a heavy duty tarp as a footprint so I see no holes anywhere. I installed the stove jack and has been great. I always meant to add another round of stitching around the stove jack and cut the excess off but just haven't had time. There is a piece that is burned on the interior that was up against the chimney but that would be excess and cut off once you do another round of stitching. I have the stitcher I can give you, It is super easy and would take two people about 45 minutes to finish.
The BAD:
There is only one bad thing. I put this away wet one time and I thought it was dry but I didn't let it sit out long enough so it got mold on the roof and a couple spots on the wall. It was not too bad but I did set up the tent, applied neutralizing mold solution numerous times while scrubbing. I then cleaned the whole tent with a natural soap and sponge. After a couple days of drying I applied KIWI heavy duty water repellent over the entire tent. I used 2 large spray cans and went over the entire tent twice. I have used the tent numerous times after this with no ill effect.

This is the roof, this looks much worse here than in person.
