2001 Nissan Xterra, 20k miles on entire build (finished in end of 2015), very dependable (was daily driven for last two years), street legal and ready to explore or wheel, has made trips to Moab and west desert in Utah. $29,000 obo

Powertrain-Built 4BT Cummins Turbo Diesel 200hp/450 ft lbs of torque, intercooled, VE injection pump and injectors done by industrial injection, Colt Cam, HX30 turbo, entire motor was rebuilt, BD aluminum valve covers, custom intercooler and intake setup. Valair clutch with HD hydraulics, NV4500 transmission, updated output shaft and 5th gear nut as well as retainer from fifthgearrepair.com, NP231 transfer case with SYE, custom driveshafts.

Full width axles from 1979 F250-Dana 44HD front, 8 lug hubs, dual piston front calipers, 3.55 gears, open diff, 1/2" thick axle tubes, heaviest duty 44 made. Dana 60 full float rear, RuffStuff Specialties rear disc brake conversion, 3.55 gears, Detroit locker. Both axles were fully rebuilt and coated with POR15.

Suspension-Calmini front Solid axle swap kit with some changes made such as dual shear track bar mount on axle, additional brackets on frame side that help with track bar geometry as well as overall durability of kit and stability of shock hoops, 10" travel front Fox coilovers with remote reservoirs. Rear is Alcan leaf springs, over axle, with Fabtech 2.5 dirt logic shocks with remote reservoirs.

Steering-GM 1 ton Tie rod ends, drag link and tie rod are 1.5" 0.25" wall DOM. PSC hydraulic assist steering with reservoir, HD pump, PSC ported box, also comes with additonal hydraulic lines for emergency repairs.

Exterior-Hannemann fiberglass bulged front fenders, Steel bumpers front and rear with recovery points, receiver hitch built into rear bumper, P&P engineering rear steel corners with backup lights, front bumper holds a Warn Zeon 12s winch with wireless remote and Baja Designs Squadron lights, Tranny and Tcase skid, Rocky Road Super sliders, 37" STT Pro on 18" XD misfit wheels, Gorilla Offroad Rock lights

Interior-Stock seats, rears are covered in Cover King covers with Molle backing, Pioneer app radio with component speakers in front doors and 6 1/2" speakers in cargo area as well as 10" sub in truck box mounted in cargo area. Speakers powered by 4 channel amp under drivers seat. Sub powered by separate amp mounted on sub box. Entire floor is coated in Rattletrap mat, also installed inside of doors. Dakota digital GPS speedometer box wired to stock speedometer, Tiny-tach for engine RPMs. Autometer boost and pyrometer gauges mounted on drivers A-pillar, Oil and fuel pressure gauges mounted in center console.

Accesories- Dual yellow top batteries mounted under hood as well as third Blue top deep cycle battery mounted in cargo area. Blue top battery can be isolated from the rest of the system and has a 1000 watt inverter wired to it as well as the Viair dual compressor on board air system with 2.5 gallon tank. Dakota digital dual electric fan controller with electric fans and aluminum radiator. Additional gear includes winch rigging equipment (snatch blocks, shackles, tree straps).

Lots and lots of additional little things that I am surely forgetting, Motor was coated with POR15, as well as frame and axles.

This vehicle DOES NOT have air conditioning, could be reinstalled if future owner mounted a/c compressor on motor and had custom lines made.
