Rotopax like sand ladder?

would you use them only when you'd emptied them? because empty they'd be much weaker, but if you filled them with fuel your fairly likely to spill gasoline across the ground

That was my thought as well which is why I was wondering if anyone had used them.Would be nice if you could use water (says okay for non potable). Also curious what they did to make it strong enough to drive on it? Is it stronger than rotopax?

This is the dumbest idea ever short of a last ditch effort. Looks like it would take all of 5 seconds to break the filler cap or vent.

Boooommm......as fuel vapors are forced out under pressure and ignite, not to mention the liquid fuel...I guess that's one way to get your truck out of the sand.

Put something under each end and it would probably make a real nice bench to sit next to the campfire as well....
