That is a 1946+ Bantam T3-C, the civilian version of the 1/4 ton trailers manufactured by the American Bantam Car Company.

The visual giveaways are the stake bed pockets and tailgate.

It is definitely worth the $700 asking price if all of the pieces are there and the rust isn't too bad.
