It is a Kit Tear Drop Trailer, light weight, and comes with a spare tire. It is equipped with a battery and inverter, water storage, sink, stove, and battery operated ice box. The bed is new and all of the windows, doors, and locks are operable. It is not perfect, but close to it. The unit is light and has an 1-7/8" hitch. I will be at the Overland Expo this weekend (May 15) with the notarized title in hand. Price is $8,000 with the Expo price at $7,500.
Battery is going to be replaced so the unit will be fully functional!
