Mechanically very sound. Starts in cold weather, runs well. Transfer case has Four Wheel Low which was not standard but an option - pulls very well. All appliances work as they should. No leaks - in or out. At 30 years old it shows wear but we've always kept it clean and sanitized. Previous owner installed extra propane tanks (about double original capacity). Rooftop AC has optional electric heat (great way to save propane if you have access to an electrical hookup). Fresh water cistern is very clean and can be filled from more than one point (either side of RV). Multiple drain back points on plumbing system to allow for easy and thorough winterizing. Custom welded - extra front bumper with three receivers and spare tire mount. Locking external storage. RV body is not fiberglass but bonded aluminum (aluminum shell with injected insulation - nothing to rust or rot). Extensive paperwork from original purchase and some for aftermarket parts. Most all work done by a certified mechanic. Being on a truck platform vs a van makes engine work much easier on this RV. 1979 Ford F350 strong drivetrain - great sources for parts. Two sets of keys.

This will sell fast - a great getaway RV.

'bout the only thing that would make it better IMO would be a manual trans.

Other than that is looks like a fantastic rig :ylsmoke:
