1979 GMC K1500 Expedition Build

So last year I Picked a 1979 GMC K1500 With a blown engine and the exhaust needed to be replaced so heres some pics of it as it sit when i got it. The specs are 350v8 th350 np203 dana44 front and 12 bolt rear stock lift on 31x10.5r15 only paid 200 for it

now on to how it sets now got a new but used engine for it and got that in got the exhaust done got the front bumper put on.
heres a list of all the things that i have done to it
replaced the engine with a running 350
got seat bolts for it where it didnt came with none
got glass packs muffler and turning down before it gets to the rear axle
also put a truck box in the back well post updated pics soon first i need to find a new job since my work burned down so im currently on unemployment. so this build is going by slowly

I love that old truck LRrrc! I have the same year, but its a longbox. Check out my build thread if you want to see what I did with mine.

I'll be getting pictures with me being on unemployment the main thing comes first example bills and food. but as soon as i can get batteries for the camera. I'll post pics of what i have done. Also trying to figure out how to bolt a battery tray that came out of a 1980 something truck. i have replace the ignition switch so no more needle nose pliers to start it. here's a list of things that i have done to it.
replaced the blown 350 with another 350
replaced the door lock cylinders still needs worked on cant lock it for some reason
replaced ignition switch
redone the exhaust with glass packs and turned down before it got to the rear axle
got front bumper battery tray
Seat bolts so now the seat won't move when applying the brakes
also got a bed tool box
got done installing my cb
things that still need to be done are as follows
install aftermarket radio and speakers
new shock
tires keeping the size at 31x10.5R15
putting the front drive shaft back on before doing that im going to replace the u joints
