1983 4x4 Custom Cab Value??

Seller wants 4,500 for this truck. I know it is pretty rare but not sure of its value. Thanks for your opinion

The running boards and hubcaps alone are worth their weight in gold. HA
The custom cabs always have a special place in my heart. I see decent shape regular cab 1st gen yota 4x4's going for that in LA.
