I purchased a 1984 Land Rover Santanna 110. Turns out it is a somewhat rare "super diesel" which means turbo on the early 2.5L engine. It has the windshield going down all the way to the hood. It is a 5 speed, has 4 doors, and the beauty of the Santanna is that it is leaf sprung front and back. This makes it much easier to accommodate the heavy loads often associated with the overland builds we do. It is located in Prescott AZ, as is much of the overland stuff these days. I was planning on a complete overland build, but plans have changed. (read: addition to the house) It needs a glow plug realy (a metal coil) a new ignition switch, and a few odds and ends. Not perfect, not a basket case. Being a Turbo Diesel 5 speed it is an excellent strart. This would be an epic overland build. Give me 23k and take it to a good home. I would recommend trailering it as the vacuum pump (helps the brake booster) is not pumping much and brakes are stiff. Tires are old.
