It definitely need a lot of work, engine work, interior, probably electrical, but it's pretty cheap.

Selling my 1984 Sunrader RV
Superior all molded Sunrader fiberglass construction!
17Ft Long, small, but spacious interior
Only 87263 mi
Was so much fun and ran great! ...Until it didn't anymore.
The engine won't turn over. I don't know what's wrong & I can't afford to fix whatever the problem is.
The 720z is a great engine & might be fixable, but I'm pretty sure it's totally dead so I'm selling it AS IS.
Selling AS IS -- Needs work -- Will need to be towed away!!
I've only had this RV a few years & am not the renovator. I don't know much about cars, but will describe this vehicle to the best of my ability.

The guts:
1 Brand new Interstate battery (w/5yr warranty)
5 speed manual transmission.
Okay continental tires - some cracking - just had em rotated
New horn
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New belts
Original Carb system

Cab:
New carpet throughout cab and nice seats
Heat worked great, never tried the A/C, but just replaced the a/c belt
Comes with original manuals.

Interior:
Brand new remodeled interior
New curtains & seat covers
Updated water system & electrics
New kitchen & appliances
Some damage to the cabinets
Full bed over cab
Convertible twin bed in dinette(needs one panel)
Dining area needs new table top
Bathroom could use some updating, but mirror cabinet & toilet are in good shape
New fancy showerhead & fantastic 12volt Fan Vent with reversible motor; moves a lot of air & feels more natural than A/C

Exterior:
Fiberglass shell in good shape, could use wax & polish
1 Ton chassis w/six lugs; full floating rear end. 6 lug wheels all around.
Tons of receipts for various renovations and repairs over the years
Ladder not in the best shape, but it supports my 2 bike frames on included rack
Ceiling needs new plastic panel
Small crack in top round window- sealed with silicone
New lights all around -3 above the cab I bought but didn't have the time to replace
