1986 Mitsubishi Montero Coupe 4x4 $3000

Hello,

I'm selling my little beach rig- a manual 1986 Montero coupe. I'm selling because I'm moving October 1st, and I have too many vehicles.

Maintenance done in the past 7 days (09/09/19)
- redline carburetor conversion kit
- new alternator
- new spark plug housing
- new filters
- full synthetic oil change
- new battery
- new tires

Work done within the last 5,000 miles
- clutch
- shift boot assembly
- rear diff service

Work it needs
-new front and rear shocks
-rust repair on A pillars (I sprayed them with anti rust, and then 3M vinyl wrapped the pillars so it wouldn't rust- other than that there is no underbody cancer)
-engine temp gauge went out, engine stays cool while running though.
- clear coat could be re done

Asking price is $3,000. Very forgiving manual, it also has 4 lo. Located in Ocean Shores, WA

good thing you vinyl wrapped the rusty A pillars, that should prevent and rust to the structurally important A pillar. Just use duct tape next time for more expo creed.

I listed it as an issue, as you can see above hahaha. It's a beach rig, that's used for mobbing around behind my house to catch good surf not a daily driver- hence the collector plates ? thanks for the bump haha

I’m just saying a rusted out beach truck might not be worth $1,000 bucks let alone $3,000. Keep adding stuff to it, maybe it will be worth the parts. Or put an RTT and ask 20k for it. You know that A pillar is rotting away under that vinyl right?

It's actually not rotting, it's been rhino lined and filled with Marine foam and trimmed to fit the edges then wrapped. And the underbody has been rhino lined. My asking price is how much I've put into it in the last couple weeks which is negotiable I have zero emotional connection to the vehicle. So keep acting like you know the rig, man. ? Enjoying the bumps haha
