1986 pickup 4X4 trans/tcase leak

I am looking at an 86 Toyota pickup to buy. One of the issues is a leak where the transmission and transfer case come together. It is a 5 speed. The fluid leaking is red.

I am searching for info on this leak and find allot about a leak at the trail of the tcase but nothing where the tcase and trans come together.
