Has freshwater tank, sink, 2 burner stove and heater. In decent overall shape, interior is good, smell free.
Canvas is in great shape, no title, not sure you need one in wa, you do not in oregon.
Camper is located in richland wa. it is not perfect, there is some rot at the bottom of the driver side wall, it is very usable as it sits, would be great for someone trying to get their feet wet with campers to see if they want to invest more into a nicer unit.
